On October 5, 2025, Olive Community Development Initiative (OCDI) held a Strategic Planning Session to review past achievements and set the direction for a new three-year plan. The session focused on strengthening the organization’s commitment to empowering women, girls, and vulnerable groups.

On October 5, 2025, Olive Community Development Initiative (OCDI) conducted a Strategic Planning Session at the OCDI Hall, facilitated by Mr. Bolaji Umar, Senior Technical Officer at the Society for Family Health (SFH).
The session provided an opportunity for the team to review the implementation of the current strategic plan, reflect on lessons learned, and evaluate how well the organization has aligned with its goals over the past years.
With the existing plan coming to an end, the meeting also focused on developing a new three-year strategic direction. The plan aims to build on OCDI’s achievements and further strengthen its commitment to empowering women, girls, and other vulnerable groups in the communities it serves.
